Description: Have you recently had any of the following thoughts or behaviors?
- Spoke loudly to others to get their attention
- Yelled at someone who is “just plain dumb”
- Felt shaky after an irritating encounter
- Felt your anger is justified
- Assumed certain categories of people are lying if their lips are moving
- See the world as "them" v. "us"
- Felt an urge to punish "them"
If so, this course is for you. Through class discussions, role-playing, and self-analysis tests, we will identify work-related stressors and then discuss ways to Prevent, Reduce, or Cope with those thoughts and behaviors.

Instructor: Dr. Lou Harris (FBI retired); 25 years federal investigator; police instructor since 1980; Chair of the Criminal Justice and Legal Studies Department, Faulkner University; certified APOST instructor since 1986; co-author of three books and numerous articles.
