Closed Ranks explores the history and legacy of the Whitehurst Case, a 1975 police shooting in Montgomery whose aftermath in 1976 and 1977 resulted in the resignations of the mayor, police chief, and more than a dozen officers. Foster Dickson will discuss the book and the process of researching and writing it. (Foster's books will not be for sale at the presentation, but you may bring your copies for him to sign.)
